Use of the Service

Ordinal Campus is a SaaS platform for managing school/college operations (attendance, exams, library, finance, etc.). You may use the service only as authorized by your institution and for legitimate educational purposes.

Account Registration & Access

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You are liable for all actions under your account.

Subscription & Payment

Some features require a paid subscription (per student, per institution, or other pricing we set). Payments are due on the agreed schedule. Late or missing payments may lead to suspension of service.

Data & Security

We take steps to secure your data using encryption, backups, and secure servers (as described on our website). However, no system can guarantee absolute security. You must not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to data or systems.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes, upload viruses or malware, interfere with other users’ access, or misuse student, parent, or staff data beyond permitted use.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials on Ordinal Campus are owned by Ordinal or licensed to us. You get a limited right to use the system internally; you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it.

Service Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the platform available but can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or the service itself (with notice, if feasible).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription, subject to any payment obligations. After termination, your data may be deleted or returned (depending on agreement).

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months (or another amount as agreed).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
